"The test of a good teacher is not how
many questions he can ask his pupils that
they will answer readily, but how many
questions he inspires them to ask him
which he finds hard to answer."
-Alice Wellington Rollins

Information for Staff
1. Just a reminder that staff briefings will resume on Monday with 3 days per week.
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Every second Tuesday there is a rotation between briefing and meeting with the year level Dean if you are an Ako teacher.
We will resume our sharing sessions this term, and a sign up sheet will go out. Think about what you might want to share this term.
2. For those of you who may be interested in growing your leadership skills, or may already bein a role, watch the video below and think/reflect on the following:
a. Where do you think you might be, above or below the line. If below, think about how you might work collaboratively with others in your team and what the potential impact might be.
b. What tools or strategies might you need to use out of your toolkit to make sure you stay above the line, or perhaps help others get there?
