1. Fulbright New Zealand is pleased to invite staff at Christchurch Girls' High School -Te Kura o Hine Waiora to apply for the Fulbright Distinguished Awards in Teaching.You can find out more at their website.
These awards are for accomplished New Zealand teachers in primary or secondary schooling to participate in a fully-funded 4 month intensive professional development programme in the US. The awards are an investment in the individual teacher, their school, students and communities.
The Fulbright Distinguished Awards in Teaching connect New Zealand teachers with their counterparts from around the world and create opportunities for grantees to learn, prosper, and work with others to exchange expertise, expand pedagogical knowledge and problem solve.
The awards are generously supported by the New Zealand Ministry of Education. The Ministry will fund full relief costs at the grantee’s school through the Teach NZ Prestigious Awards Programme.
